The service was impeccable, with room service and housekeeping ensuring our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and a sun terrace. We indulged in the spa treatments and massages, which were truly relaxing and rejuvenating. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options to start our day off right.

Our romantic escape was great, the location was perfect since we were able to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants that offered amazing Italian food. The spa was perfect, we loved the cozy warm feeling and the pools were great. The breakfast was amazing, with fruits and Prosecco.

The hotel was mainly filled with seniors, although it was a very quiet and tranquil town. Our shower cabin was very narrow and hard for us to get in even though we didn't have too much weight.

We had a great stay at this hotel - the thermal bath, indoor pool and outdoor pool connection were fantastic. The pool area had different areas like waterfall, massage shower, under water bicycles and bubble bath. We enjoyed the free facilities, especially the pool area being open until late. The hotel staff were always friendly and spoke different languages, making our stay comfortable. Additionally, the location was convenient with good transportation to nearby cities.
